Take 2 tablets a day for at least a week to 10 days and then take 1 tablet a day for a month. Ingredients per 2 tablets: Dried extract of Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton, 50% Proanthocyanidins, Fruit) 360mg of which 180mg Proanthocyanidins, Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), NU-VGA-1 (GLUTEN AND SOY) (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus), Lactobacillus acidophilus) 200mg (100x109 CFU/g), D-mannose 100mg, Anti-agglomerating agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide), Anti-caking agent (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), Bulking agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
