Creatine Elements from Nutralie is a food supplement formulated with 6900mg of Creatine Monohydrate of which 6000mg are creatine. It is designed to improve the effect of training in both more experienced athletes or amateurs to feel unstoppable as creatine improves physical performance in successive sets of short, high intensity exercises. The daily dose is 3 tablets a day with water and in the case of sportsmen and women, up to 6 tablets a day can be taken. Recommended to be taken at midday or in the evening.
