Wet the toothbrush and apply an appropriate amount of Marvis toothpaste. Rub all tooth surfaces with upward, downward and circular movements for at least 3 minutes. Then rinse the mouth with plenty of water, wash the toothbrush and store in a dry place, if possible with its protective cap.
