Recommendations for use: the period of use is initially up to 2 months for hyperlipidaemia and until the weight is achieved and, if necessary, for maintenance. A transition period is recommended when starting the diet. For efficient weight loss or maintenance of ideal weight, the recommended daily energy intake should not be exceeded.
