Collagen UCII: Collagen is the essential protein of joints, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, bones and skin. This product offers a type II native (non-hydrolysed) collagen manufactured in the USA under GMP conditions with a unique and selective mechanism of action.
Silicon (from bamboo extract): An essential trace element found in tendons, hair, nails, skin and joints.In addition, bamboo extract helps to soothe joint discomfort, contributes to the construction of cartilage and also helps the flexibility and mobility of the joints.
Hyaluronic acid: found naturally in the body, where it acts as a lubricant for the joints.
Manganese: Helps maintain normal bone health, normal energy metabolism and also contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue.
Copper: contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue, to normal energy metabolism and also helps in the normal transport of iron in the body.
Vitamin C: Contributes to the formation of collagen protein for normal joint function. It also helps to protect cells against oxidative damage.
Vitamins B1, B2 and B6 (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine): Contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to proper protein metabolism (collagen). In addition, vitamins B2 and B6 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably before dinner, with water or other liquid.
