1-2 servings of 230 ml per day.
To prepare one 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (one scoop is included in the can) or 53.5 g of Ensure NutriVigor. Stir or shake gently to dissolve the powder. One can contains approximately eight 230 ml servings.
Do not exceed recommended intake.
Avoid consumption in conjunction with medication and other fibre-based food supplements.
